Sherpa Launched
I finaly got time to launch my Sherpa
                  - Dunga Taal - today, Here are a few photos. It floats
and rows pretty well, may need to cut the top off the centerboard
case to be able to sit on seat in the best position to row.
The boat is very stable and easy to stand up in to fish. Looks
good on the water. The wheel works well but had trouble with
the oars in the transome holes. The holes need to be larger
and I will have to tie the blades in place.

Launched into Aura Vale Lake near Emerald in the
hills near Melbourne, Australia. Just myself and a mate Rolf.
The boat went as expected, very stable, you can walk around
in this boat. I haven’t made the mast and sails yet. I
have an old mirror rig to trim down. Apart from being too heavy
the boat is great. Expect to do a lot of fishing out of it.
